Adult Supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while using the Mini Builders Play Co. play area. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring children during the event.
Safe Play
Our equipment is designed for safe play when used properly. Children should use the equipment as intended and avoid rough play, climbing on equipment, or throwing sand or toys.
Age Guidelines
The Mini Builders Play Co. play area is best suited for children ages 2–8. Younger children should be closely supervised by a parent or guardian.
Weather & Environmental Conditions
For safety reasons, equipment should not be used during severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning. If unsafe conditions occur, the play area may need to be paused or closed until it is safe to continue.
Liability
By booking and participating in a Mini Builders Play LLC event, the host acknowledges that children will be participating in a play activity and assumes responsibility for supervising all participants. Mini Builders Play Co. is not responsible for injuries that may occur due to misuse of equipment, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Equipment Care
The host agrees to ensure that equipment is used respectfully and only for its intended purpose. Any damage caused by misuse may result in repair or replacement fees.
