Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your event date. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled event if notice is given within the allowed timeframe.
Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may apply the deposit toward a future event date (subject to availability).
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit.
Same-Day Cancellations
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to additional charges due to reserved time and preparation.
Weather Policy
If weather conditions make the event unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule your party to another available date.
