Mini Builders Play Co.
This agreement is between the client and Mini Builders Play LLC, operating as Mini Builders Play Co. By booking a party or event with Mini Builders Play Co., the client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Our Commitment
Mini Builders Play LLC. is committed to providing clean, well-maintained equipment and a safe play environment so kids can enjoy a fun and memorable construction-themed party experience.
A deposit is required to secure your event date and time. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due prior to or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future event if cancellation notice is provided at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event, subject to availability.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in additional charges due to reserved time and preparation.
The client is responsible for ensuring there is adequate, safe, and accessible space for setup at the event location.
Mini Builders Play Co. arrives with a 20-foot enclosed trailer that is approximately 8.5 feet wide. Approximately 40 feet of space is required to accommodate the truck and trailer for parking and setup.
The setup area must be flat, clear of obstacles, and accessible for delivery.
Mini Builders Play Co. reserves the right to adjust or cancel setup if the location is deemed unsafe.
Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.
The client is responsible for ensuring that children use the play area safely and follow all posted guidelines.
Mini Builders Play Co. is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.
All equipment remains the property of Mini Builders Play LLC.
The client agrees to ensure that equipment is used responsibly and for its intended purpose.
Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional damage may result in repair or replacement charges.
In the event of unsafe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or extreme weather, the event may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed upon date.
Mini Builders Play Co. may take photos of event setups for promotional use on our website or social media. No personal identifying information will be shared without permission.
By booking and participating in an event hosted by Mini Builders Play Co., the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Mini Builders Play LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses that may arise from participation in the use of the play equipment or activities provided.
The client acknowledges that children participating in the construction play activities do so at their own risk, and that proper supervision by a responsible adult is required at all times.
By booking the event, the client accepts responsibility for ensuring that all participants follow the provided safety guidelines and agree to hold Mini Builders Play LLC harmless from injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse of equipment, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.
By booking an event with Mini Builders Play Co., the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
